2011-2012 Membership Director
The SMRP Board is looking for the
next Membership Director for 2011-2012. Qualifications include
but not limited to SMRP membership in good standing, obtain
a SMRPCO certification, etc.
Responsibilities include:
1. Meet the needs of the members
2. Set policies and goals
3. Review and approve budget and Strategic Plan
4. Support the organization
5. Attend Board meetings and actively participate
6. Supervise and support committees
7. Prepare, monitor and evaluate strategic goals and budgets
8. Bring to the attention of the Board urgent matters impacting
SMRP
9. Determine dates and places of annual meetings
10. Approve programs priorities
11. Approve all proposal amendments to Bylaws
12. Authorize Society affiliations with other organizations
13. Review and approve membership dues
14. Contribute skills, knowledge and experience
15. Represent the organization to the public and to private
industry
